friendly staff perfect location modern decoration
The staff was friendly and helpful, I received assistance with directions. The location was amazing. It was very close to the transit station. My room had a modern decoration and all necessary facilities.

helpful staff water cooler small room small breakfast
i stayed in a superior double or twin room (it was very charming). the registration staff was helpful and quick. i also liked that there was a water cooler in the lobby.
the room was very small and there wasn't space to open my suitcase fully. the breakfast room was also very small. i wonder what it would be like if the hotel was at full capacity.

The location has easy access to transportation. it's walking distance from a transit station. i got soy milk for breakfast. Staffs is super friendly.

fantastic stay!
detailed information excellent bed water fountain
the staff at reception provided really detailed information about major attractions with walking times (way better than google!). the bed and shower room were very good. i loved the fresh water fountain in the reception area and the fresh water on arrival. the tea and coffee making facilities were a nice touch.
the room was a bit tight, especially with luggage.

the reception staff provided maps and walking times to major sites. they were so helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. the welcome drink was a great touch.

the room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. tea and coffee facilities were available in the room (i always appreciate that!). the decor was also very nice.

while i did not have any extensive meals, i saw that the breakfast area, although small, was well-stocked. i grabbed a coffee, and it tasted great (a small detail that matters!). i will try the full breakfast next time.

the hotel is near the main train station, so it is very easy to get around. the neighborhood felt safe, even at night, something important when traveling alone. there were shops and restaurants nearby.
